Terms of Service

• You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
• A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

• Sizing Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to know their correct piercing gauge (mm), post length, and hoop diameter before placing an order. Pierceverse is not responsible for physical discomfort, migration, tearing, or piercing rejection caused by ordering or wearing an incorrect size.
• Sterilization Notice: Unless explicitly labeled as "Pre-Sterilized via EO Gas," our jewelry is shipped clean but not sterile. We highly recommend professional autoclave sterilization or appropriate medical-grade cleaning before inserting the jewelry into a piercing.
• Material Sensitivities & Allergies: Customers are responsible for knowing their own metal sensitivities (e.g., nickel, copper, or low-grade steel allergies). Pierceverse is not liable for allergic reactions, localized infections, or adverse skin reactions resulting from the use of our jewelry.

• All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
• Prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at checkout unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service variant without prior notice.
• We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

• All online payments on Pierceverse are securely processed via the Razorpay payment gateway. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and UPI payments through Razorpay. 
• No Cash on Delivery (COD): We operate strictly on a prepaid payment model. Cash on Delivery is not available as a payment method. Orders will only be processed and dispatched once payment is successfully confirmed by Razorpay.
• We are not liable for transaction failures, payment timeouts, or wrongful deductions caused by banking network errors or issues entirely on the payment gateway's side.

• We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
• We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local Indian ordinances.
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.
