14-Day Return Window
We want you to love your new jewelry! You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund. Return requests made after this 14-day window will unfortunately not be accepted.
Strict Hygiene & Safety Policy
Due to strict public health and hygiene regulations surrounding body piercing jewelry, we cannot accept returns on any used, worn, or tried-on products.
For a return to be approved, your item must be:
- Completely unused and unworn.
- In the same condition that you received it.
- Inside its original, unopened packaging (including any tamper-evident sterile seals or plastic bags).
If an item shows any signs of use, tampering, or open packaging, it will be rejected for a return due to sanitary reasons and safely disposed of.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the jewelry is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item or size, please contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a free replacement.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@pierceverse.com with your order number and a photo of the unopened item. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
