Collection: 316L Surgical Steel

316L Surgical Steel

316L Surgical Steel is one of the most trusted materials in body jewellery, valued for its durability, corrosion resistance, and polished finish. It is widely used for healed piercings and everyday wear because it maintains its shine and withstands daily exposure to moisture and sweat.

Its smooth surface helps minimize irritation, making it a popular choice for a wide range of body jewellery styles. With proper care, 316L Surgical Steel offers long-lasting performance without tarnishing or losing its appearance.

Care Instructions

Clean your jewellery regularly using a sterile saline solution or mild soap and warm water. Dry thoroughly before storing. Avoid harsh chemicals, chlorine, and abrasive cleaners to help preserve its finish.

Note: While 316L Surgical Steel is considered safe for most people, it contains a small amount of nickel that is tightly bound within the alloy. If you have a known nickel sensitivity or are healing a new piercing, implant-grade titanium (ASTM F-136) is generally the preferred choice.
